Hello and welcome, my name is Lizzie Tolmie-Thomson.
As a reflexologist I aim to bring relaxation, balance and general well being to the client by working on areas on the feet which relate to organs in the body. It can help with sleep, relaxation, easing muscle tension and supports overall wellbeing.
I have a VCTC qualification in Reflexology and also a facial reflexology qualification from Ziggie Bergman. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and am fully insured with Alan Boswell.
Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears that are believed to correspond with different areas of the body. The aim of reflexology is to encourage relaxation, support the body’s natural healing processes, and help restore balance and wellbeing. Many people find reflexology to be a calming and restorative treatment that can support both physical and emotional health.

Uses a similar map to foot reflexology so that various zones can be worked where needed. It is a non-invasive, holistic practise aimed at reducing stress, tension, increasing circulation and promoting overall wellness. Good if feet are impaired in anyway.

Is a complementary therapy that uses pressure on certain areas on the feet called zones which correspond to different organs, systems and areas of the body to release tension and induce wellbeing, relaxation and flexibility restoring balance. Rooted in Chinese medicine and evolved from Egyptian practise, it is an ancient technique now widely used and recognised in the Western World to enhance wellbeing.

I trained with Ziggie Bergman and the London School of Reflexology at Regent’s University. Her method is built on a combination of Native American techniques and Asian body maps that chart reflex points on the face. It is deeply relaxing, therapeutic and has the added bonus of helping to smooth skin and improve texture.

Trained with Ziggie Bergman at Regents Park University.
This is a holistic, relaxing treatment stimulating specific points on the head which correspond to areas of the body to promote well-being. Rooted in ancient traditions, it aims to release areas of tension and blockages in order to restore balance in the body. Can be helpful to release stress, headaches and digestive issues.
Here are a few of the more common conditions that can be supported through Reflexology:
